Phase 1
Cleansing oil: Jojoba oil with Lavender and Rosemary Oils and Vitamin E. 30 ml
Apply using soft cotton ball to remove surface dirt and prepare face for exfoliation. Discard cotton ball.
Exfoliating Scrub: Ground sunflower seeds, white kaolin clay, oatmeal, calendula flowers, in an olive oil and pure vegetable glycerin base with Vitamin E, Lavender and Rosemary Oils. 57 g
To use the scrub, place a small amount in the palm of your hand, add a few drops of water and mix to the desired consistency. Apply to your face in an upward and outward circular fashion, being careful not to scrub too hard and staying away from the eyes. Wash off with water.
Face Steam Herbal Blend: Rose petals, comfrey leaf, calendula flowers and chamomile flowers with Merica essential oil blend. 10 g
Infuse herbs in 2 cups of boiling water. Pour into a large bowl. Drape a towel over your head and the bowl, taking care not to get too close to the surface, and protecting yourself from the hot steam. Allow the rising steam to bathe your skin with the herbal properties for 5-10 mins. Rinse with cool water.
Face masque: White kaolin clay masque with honey, witch hazel, apple cider vinegar, glycerin and Lavender and Rosemary essential oils 57g
Merica clay masques are concentrated so you may need to add some water to the clay masque to bring it to the correct consistency. Apply to cleaned, dry face staying away from the eyes. The dry skin masque contains honey and glycerin so it will not dry completely. Leave on for
20-30 minutes and wash off with water.
